PET ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE

We know that your best friend deserves special attention, you can bring your best friend with you on your trip to Club Nena.

In order to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay, for the comfort and safety of all our guests and pets, we ask that our pet owner guests follow the following rules and guidelines by acting responsibly.

  • Only small pets 5 kg - under 15 liters - up to 1 pet per room are allowed. Pets are accepted for a fee of 30.00 Euros daily. There is no fee for guide dogs (guide dogs that provide medical support / accompany our visually and hearing impaired guests / provide emotional support).
  • The pet must be fully trained and properly restrained by the guest.
  • The pet should be kept on a leash in the hotel or on the hotel property, unless it is in the guest room.
  • Pets should not be left stray. If guests need pet supplies, they should contact the reception desk with prior notice.
  • Pets are not allowed in any of the hotels eating and drinking places, health club and pool areas. This exception does not apply to guide dogs.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning the hotel property and the surrounding area after their pets.
  • Disturbances such as barking should be reduced so that other guests are not disturbed.
  • Guests should contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.
  • Regular veterinary records of your pets health certificate, vaccination paper, etc. it is expected that the documents will be accompanied by pet owner guest during the stay and will be submitted to the hotel administration at the request of Club Nena. Pets are not allowed in the hotel in case of lack of relevant documents. The pet must comply with the requirements of local legislation.
  • The “Pet Acceptance” form is sent in advance to the guest who informs that he will travel with his pet at the booking stage. The breed, weight and height of the pet should be indicated on this form. It is necessary to show the veterinary examination and vaccination cards of the pet brought to the hotel during the C/I. At the booking stage, this issue is communicated to the guest.
  • There is no fee for guide dogs (guide dogs that provide medical support / accompany our visually and hearing impaired guests /provide emotional support).
  • If it is determined that the room in which the stay is made needs extra cleaning or maintenance during departure from the hotel, the pet owner will be charged an additional fee of EUR 75.00.
  • In case of any vomiting or urinating in the room caused by a pet during the holiday, a fee of € 10 is charged for the cleaning assistant requested from the reception desk.
  • It is expected that our pet owner guests will be especially sensitive to the necessary cleaning needs after pet trips in and around the hotels public areas.
  • Our pet owner guests are directly responsible for any attack or injury to their pets, or physical damage caused to the hotel business by their pets. The guests agree to indemnify and hold the hotel, the owners and the operator harmless from all liability and damage caused by their pet. The hotel reserves the right to collect the cost of such damages from the guests account.
  • Our pet owners agree that they will exempt the Club Nena business, the owner of the facility and the hotel subsidiaries from any personal damage, loss, damage and liability that may arise from their pets or may arise due to their pets.
  •  If our pet owner guests do not comply with the above-mentioned rules or if their pets behavior is detected in a way that makes other guests uncomfortable, Club Nena may request that its pet owner guests leave the Hotel business in order to prevent other guests from becoming restless.
  • Accommodation Blocks are 100s and 1000s blocks.
  • Areas where pets are allowed; Beach (area close to water sports with leash), Green Snack Bar (on leash), Public garden areas, Playgrounds, Outdoor bar areas.
  • Areas where pets are not accepted; the main restaurant, a la carte Restaurants, Pools, amphitheaters, spa and health club area (not covered by the restriction of guide dogs) it is not allowed to use hotel towels to dry pets and should not be used.
  • Pets cannot be allowed in other rooms, they can only enter the room that is registered.
  • For our guests who want to come to the hotel with their pets at the same time, the total limit at the hotel is 25 pets. Pets are not allowed after reaching the limit.
  • A certain fee is blocked for the pet by obtaining a provision for possible extra damage or expenses from the guests credit card.
